Grupo de Asesores de Producción Organica y Sustentable (GRAPOS) cooperative is made up of 2,708 farmers as of 2026. GRAPOS provides financial and technical assistance alongside community development programs to it's members, mainly smallholder farms with less than 3 hectares of land. 

This coffee comes from the micro region of Soconusco, located within the Chiapas region in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve.

Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Mundo Novo, Catuai, Marsellesa, Caturra

Tasting Notes: Nutty aroma, slightly juicy with notable salt, citric, malic acidity, with a light body and a long finish
