As with most specialty coffee coming out of Colombia, this lot is a blend of the best yields from small farms and landholders. Manos Juntas Micromill, operated independently by Banexport, purchases cherries directly from producers day of harvest. This model allows producers to be paid immediately as opposed to the end of the processing period.
Manos Juntas Micromill specializes in specific fermentations. Natural process coffees coming from this washing station are typically aerobically fermented for five days, then open-air aged for an additional five days, before being sun-dried for 30-45 days.
Each batch is carefully cupped and blended to capture the unique regional flavour profile. Enjoy the authentic taste of Colombia while supporting local farmers, with a fresh batch delivered every time.
