Mexico - Comon Yaj Noptic Cooperative - FTO WP

This coffee comes from the Chiapas region in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Not only is this one of our Fair Trade and Organic (FTO) offerings, it also comes from the Women Producers Program from Cafe Imports, which we are proud to support. 

Comon Yaj Noptic cooperative is made up of about 160 members from various smallholder farms within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Through the Women Coffee Producers projects developed by Cafe Imports, this lot is purchased with a gender-equity premium on top of the usual base price and paid directly to the women growers for use as they see fit.
