Guatemala - Finca La Soledad

Owned by the Perez family, Finca La Soledad is a 90 hectare farm located in the Acatenango region of southern Guatemala. Raul Perez is the sixth generational producer from his family to operate Finca La Soledad. 

Over half of the farmland is dedicated to conservation of the natural forest and surrounding ecosystems.

Tasting notes: mild chocolate with spice notes in the cooling cup, a creamy and heavy body, super smooth, refreshing with a juicy mouthfeel, sugary sweetness, and a medium finish.
